Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://intactmobileautodetailing.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Intact Mobile Auto Detailing markets and arranges Interior Detailing, Engine Bay Cleaning, Headlight Restoration, Steam Auto Cleaning, Paint Protection Film, Exterior Detailing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. Intact Mobile Auto Detailing (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Intact Mobile Auto Detailing may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. Intact Mobile Auto Detailing makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. Intact Mobile Auto Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Intact Mobile Auto Detailing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. AR law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of AR, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
